At Menopause Matter, we understand the importance of collaboration in providing comprehensive support to women going through menopause. That’s why we’ve partnered with PEACH (Promoting Education and Awareness for Community Health) to bring impactful workshops on menopause to our community. Through this collaboration, we’re able to leverage PEACH’s expertise in community health promotion to design and deliver engaging workshops that address the physical, emotional, and social aspects of menopause. These workshops cover a range of topics, including symptom management, mental health support, and lifestyle adjustments, providing participants with practical tools and strategies to navigate menopause with confidence and resilience. By working together with PEACH, we’re able to reach more women and make a meaningful difference in their menopause journey.

In our menopause workshops, we cover a variety of topics to provide comprehensive support to women going through this life stage. Some of the key areas we address include:

Understanding Menopause: We provide detailed information about the physiological changes that occur during menopause, including hormonal fluctuations and their effects on the body.Symptom Management: We offer practical strategies for managing common menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, and sleep disturbances. We understand the importance of monitoring your health closely during menopause

Everyone who attends our programs has the opportunity to do a health assessment with Dr Linda using the Quantum Resonant Magnetic Analyzer.

The Quantum Resonant Magnetic Analyzer (QRMA) is a non-invasive health assessment device that utilizes magnetic resonance technology to analyze various aspects of the body’s health. It’s often marketed as a tool for health screening and wellness assessment.
